Refund policy
This Refund Policy describes the return & refund process when you make a purchase from picklesandpunch.com (the “Site”).
As a small business, of course the goal is always to want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Should you have a problem, please contact info@picklesandpunch.com within 7 days of receiving your item for detailed return instructions and return shipping address. Returns will only be accepted if they have the original tags on the item(s) and the item(s) have not been used/worn/washed. In the case of a damaged or broken item, photos of the damage may be required prior to approving a return. Return shipping and tracking is the responsibility of the customer. Store Credit will be offered for unused items if return is received within 30 days of original receipt of item. There are no store credits or refunds offered after 30 days. Additionally, Pickles and Punch has the right to refuse any return.
